Israel carried out an air strike late Wednesday on a vehicle in the town of Jannata, in the southern city of Tyre, saying it targeted a Hezbollah operative.
The strike injured one person, according to Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency.
Later that night, an Israeli drone carried out a raid targeting a vehicle in the town of Housh Al-Sayed Ali in the Bekaa region, resulting in two fatalities.
Then Thursday morning, the Israeli Army confirmed carrying out a strike in the Nasiriyah area, targeting what it said was a Hezbollah operative.
The latest strikes follow a series of IDF operations conducted on Wednesday morning against Hezbollah rocket launchers positioned in southern Lebanon.
The IDF stated that several launch sites belonging to the group were hit across the region, destroying Hezbollah military facilities as well as additional terrorist infrastructure from which operatives had recently carried out activities. The army stressed that the presence of these rocket launchers constituted a violation of the existing understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
